This whole bit is made all the funnier by knowing that all of the guards were just random extras who weren’t told what was going to happen, only that they weren’t allowed laugh at any cost as they wouldn’t be paid if they did.
I had no idea the guards were not in on the joke. Look at those faces.
I remember watching this movie with my culturally sheltered, Seventh-Day-Adventist ex. I thought I was going to have to call 911 during this scene — he was laughing so hard he could barely breathe.
(Submitted by rumorcontrol) Me + Winslow, September 1984. Spitz mix, approx. 12 weeks, from a private shelter in Altadena. His Spitz mom and her three puppies were left on the grassy divider in the middle of a road. Mom and the two other pups were already spoken for. We got over to this lady’s house at 10:30 at night, she actually had to wake the dogs up, this one toddled over to me, put his chin on my leg and went back to sleep, and that was that.
30 years ago today. Amazing.
I want to go to this exact point and run around it saying “I’m in Sweden!” I’m in Finland!” “I’m in Norway!” until I get tired
i aspire to great things in life
According to Google Maps, that point is in the middle of a small lake.
So we’ll do it in January when it’s frozen.
actually that’s why they’ve helpfully dropped a big-ass cement block with a bridge surrounding it in the middle of the lake: for the express purpose of doing what OP aspires to do
